Do you accept insurance?

Some insurance companies have chiropractic coverage while others do not.  We are “in-network” with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Medicare and Priority Health, but not all of their policies include chiropractic nor massage benefits. Blue Care Network will only provide coverage with a Global Referral from your primary care physician.

We will also bill “out-of-network” insurance companies on your behalf, such as CIGNA, AETNA, United Healthcare, etc. Sometimes they will determine your amount of coverage only when they are billed, so you are responsible for paying in full at the time of service until exact coverage is determined.

Active Release Technique (ART) and some other modalities are not covered by insurance.

Once you book an appointment and provide us with your insurance policy information, our Financial Coordinator will go through the verification process and let you know any pertinent information regarding copays, deductibles, and any visit limitations prior to your New Patient Appointment.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

Your First Appointment

The doctor will review your health history and discuss your goals. At this point, the doctor will discuss whether you are a good candidate for chiropractic care and if so, an examination will be performed focusing on your mobility, strengths and weaknesses, reflexes, gait, and other factors.

If you have x-rays or other test results related to your condition, please bring those results with you to your appointment. We can also order or request X-rays from other practitioners or medical practices.

Report of Findings

After the review of your history, exam findings, and any pertinent tests, we will discuss the results and create a treatment plan. Our goal is to help you find the best care possible including, when appropriate, referral for other types of care.
