Gonstead Technique
Gonstead places a large importance on the Hips and Pelvis. Considering the Sacrum and Pelvis are the foundation of the spine, just like a house we want the foundation level to support a strong structure. Gonstead adjusting also focuses largely on the discs in the spine, which are the foundation of each bone to move upon.
