SacroOccipital Technique
SacroOccipital Technique is a method of understanding and treating the body using a gentle, hands-on approach. The cranial (skull) and sacrum (tailbone) movements are improved and balanced by the use of the practitioner’s hands and soft pelvic blocks. This technique is effective for disc injuries, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, sacroiliac joint problems, and many other joint and muscle problems.
